I cant even kill elites in act 3.. did you kill them or just run thro?

I think I skipped 60% in Act 3, nearly 90% in Act 4... some packs (e.g. fast invul phase beasts) are too hard, so I just lure them into a corner and ghost fear wall SW run away. Some packs cannot even skip (e.g. elite soul lashers), after 8+ deaths I just reset the game. Elite oppressors or elite corrupted angels also impossible. After 5 NV stacks Siegebreaker, mostly skip elites unless got really easy combo.

I'm starting to wonder something about damage.

lets ignore magic/rare properties

a 1.40 sword and a 1.40 ceremonial knife.. .with equal damage, dps,

will damage be the same?

i just put a 1 hand knife (1.50atk) on a wiz (because of better stats and atk speed) vs a 2 hand wiz staff (1.00atk)

of very very similar stats and damage

and the staff show that it does more dmg.. now im confused.

Any WD solo farming Act 3-4? Maybe 5 stacks siegebreaker?

For me, it is hard to guarantee 5 stacks without a tank.

not worth if farming gold. the cost of your repair when you die a lot is more than you earn

No choice, none of the upgrades can be bought with reasonable amounts of gold. I don't have glass cannon gear like the pros here.

At least repair costs can be recovered with one round of Hell Heart of Sin.

basic splinter build, using SW+honored guest and SA passive because using dagger(if using ceremonial knife then can change to SW+Jaunt/Healing and SA into jungle fortitude/blood ritual passive because u will have enough mana regen)

dps buffed with attack speed might dropped hell lots after patch 1.0.3

haihs.. i'm still looking for a better DPS weapon to tackle Act 1 inferno. Now using a 560+ dps dagger max out at 18.5k dps. But i noticed that just mere zombies in act 1 i have to whack 4-5 times

I wonder how to survive... They one whack, my 30k hp is reduced by half..

What is the avg price for a 900-1k DPS weapon? It seems that daggers and ceremonial knives have reached its max at 700-800+ dps. Cant find higher.
I'm currently looking at the Spears option. Spears carry higher dps than knives/daggers right?

Those with high int + life per hit + %weapon damage attributes stuff are usually in the range of 5mill and above.. i wonder how to buy.. crazy people in AH

Don't buy items with stats, just buy for highest flat DPS, and you can get very cheap.

Get your INT, LOH, ASPD on other armor pieces.

so usually what are the attributes u guys look for in a 1-Hand weapon?

- Critical Hit Damage
- Attack Speed (going to be nerfed)
- + % Weapon Damage
- Socket (if lucky)

what else?

i get 700+ damage, with 28 Int, 180 vit and attack speed 18% for 70k

right now my raw dps is 25k

i skip at least 50% of act 3 and down all the bosses and now currently stuck in act 4. i wanna make something very clear. act 4 is very very hard lol. the champs n elites are insane. i respect those who can get 5neph in there lol

25k dps abit low in act 3/4 if solo. im at 34k+ and i still feel is too low lol

ya, hoping for 1k weapon or good amulet with attack speed

they gonna nerf ias really soon
