So far Act 4, most mobs don't one-shot.

But they hit me for 80-90% HP.

I find 2-stat blues better value for money if you want to clear Inferno on a low budget.

mojos without 70-300 dmg and mana regen is a tough sell.

99% junk... but got a 1100dps 1H weapon and a useless legendary off him. Without the super lucky 1H weapon, really not worth it.

My Iskatu farming build is:
Zombie Bear
Big Bad Voodoo (rain dance)
Horror (frightening aspect)
Soul Harvest
Spirit Walk
<any skill with CD like confuse, fetish army, grasp>
VQ + PV + Spirit Vessel

Just go to AH and buy some super-cheap INT-only gear, without other stats. Just for this boss.

Rakanoth will one-shot anyways, so you just focus on getting as much INT as possible, then you can burst him down under SW and SV.

Basically outrun the ring, then slow down if you are safely outside the ring. This reduces the chances of being cornered by opposite ring.

Buy a cheap movespeed bracer, make sure your boots is 10% and above, get Horrify with speed rune. With those, the boss is easy.

There is no best way to play WD, some people do very well with INT+ASPD glass cannon, some play tanky

My final stats were:
500 resists
38k HP
25k DPS
2750 armor

I think I skipped 60% in Act 3, nearly 90% in Act 4... some packs (e.g. fast invul phase beasts) are too hard, so I just lure them into a corner and ghost fear wall SW run away. Some packs cannot even skip (e.g. elite soul lashers), after 8+ deaths I just reset the game. Elite oppressors or elite corrupted angels also impossible. After 5 NV stacks Siegebreaker, mostly skip elites unless got really easy combo.
