once you level 26.. forge on fist (which damage is quite high)...
and focus to +dex, most my equipment got +dex , many time belial try to hit me. it miss a lot (or is it because serenity skill?)
also have some +vit item so that when healed, can hold up before the cool down complete.
Not sure if you are lucky or not, for my case I found amulet or ring that add bunch of vit or dex (20~30) which is helpful.

Belial cant reduce my hp less than 7/10
And enjoy sucking mobs around me
actually I prefer those sweep2 attack so that mob wont knock back.. still I need do damage though

I found that single player is easier than multiplayer actually.
Once you go nightmare.. every new item is going to overwhelm your current epic gear.. slowly you will throw away those normal mode gear

already in hell..
my resist is just about 57 .
8k hp but manage to finish nightmare solo (its easier to solo than with friend seriously)
8k hp... once caught and smash by diablo.. I cant even see any blood in the HP tanker. (yet still alive! SPAM heal!)
not dying with diablo... But those epic minion before reaching him is the one that pain in the arse...
all 4 slot skill is filled with any heals invunerable skill with mantra healing

just fought leoric... right after he assembled, he swing to me 1 hit KO LOL .

Now I need to do some tactic to kill him instead of tanking like no body business.
