Better if you add me and inspect my char yourself. Yes I'm using Tal Rasha for the attack speed stat. Previously using a 300 Dex chest (including 3 x 50 Dex gems), damage still lower than 150 Dex Tal Rasha.

Not one of my used skills. There are many other useful skills other than that bell don't you think? Just my opinion, maybe it suit your playing style.
