Guys! My Diablo 3 stuck in the launcher "initializing" stage. Click the play button but no response. What seems to be the problem?

I have a question guys,
I currently have a SEA disc bought while waiting for my CE US version and I would like to play the SEA already. Will I be able to use the items from my CE when it arrives if I'm using the SEA disc? |
