Hey guys, not able to connect to any servers at all using unifi. Anyone else having the same problem? My ping is good, around 50 or so.

Yup, same problem here. Doesnt happen all day though. Apparently it's fine at 6am in the morning. after 8am, back to 70+ ping to sg servers wth

Oh ya, was playing fine just now. But now, I can't connect to any servers anymore.

How are we going to report this to TM? They're gonna ask us to run speedtest against MY servers, which of course, has no problems. Not sure what is going on with their routing to SG.

the google dns trick really helped a lot in reducing the ping, thanks! although im still getting just around 45ms to sg server on vip 10, but more stable at least. no more stuttering or jumping (hate the feeling when you see an enemy, shoots at him, but no hit markers registered, instead you teleport back to a previous location and got pawned, wth??)

You need to login to your router administration, and enable manual dns config. I think it should help a bit. But I'm getting the same ping problem today again, even with google dns, sigh..

Try setting the effects quality to high and not ultra. the effects is a bit hard to handle on ultra especially if u have 4 tanks burning at the same time.

It does help to reboot the AP before playing, but many of us are affected by the recent high ping to SG servers. sigh. We need more MY or HK servers. Able to get 50+ ping to HK though, but 143 to SG!

Seems like SG ping is back to normal for Unifi. I realized that my DIR-615 is unstable with LAN connections (my laptop had no issues with BF3 on wifi, but my desktop keeps rubberbanding on most servers). Went out to get the TP Link High Gain dual Antenna Wireless N, and now my PC works like a charm.

Same problem here, but fixed by restarting Origin, then update Origin

I put all minimum on my laptop. Still looks quite similar with my desktop on all ultra. One problem though, on my laptop enemies look very grainy at distance, making it hard to aim.

Oh btw, don't get the alienware, what a waste of money. I got the desktop in my sig for just rm4k with monitor. GTX 670 will pawn GTX555 3 times over (and with newer games, 555 is a bit dated already). Just contact viewnet/Cyntrix for a quote.

Same issue, though, it's not easily reproducible. Sometimes if it happens, for the entire week, I can't play BF3 at all. Check ping stability with this: http://www.pingtest.net/ . Try to ping from SG (where the servers are mostly located in)
