that is not an excuse to delay any trade related stuffs. If you want to take up any trade, you should have handled them properly without causing people too much hassle. If you don't have the time, just don't trade and waste ppl's time.

Of course he don't care about customer service anymore because he is not trading here anymore. Maybe he is just too busy with his real work or maybe he just don't bother since nobody can touch him or both.

That's the downside of trading with a nobody who doesn't have a shop. That's why buyers should always think twice when buying something with 1 year warranty from Tom, d*** and Harry who might go MIA anytime soon. That's the price of getting something cheap.

I don't know about other buyers but for me, if an item does not have warranty from shop or manufacturer, the value will drop dramatically. I don't care for some 5 years warranty from Ali, Ah Kau or Sami. 5 years down the road, you think they still care about the bloody things they sold you?

Don't you think it's easy to make quick money? Just open a shop (in this forum) or bulk and sell lots of things. Promise 1 year or lifetime warranty and sell sell sell with good reputation. Sell with integrity and honesty and people will buy from you. Then after like 1 year of trading...close shop or business and be done with it. Warranty? I don't care anymore....
