QUOTE(solstice818 @ May 16 2012, 09:23 AM) Dont mean to butt in but you compared Roy's relegation days with Kenny's 8th place. That shows how insightful you are.... If we use 2012 form against Woy, it was no better. At least Woy only in charge for 6 months, KD already in charge for 1 year and that is inexcusable for me. Blame luck or whatever, 2012 was the reason I dont support KD anymoreIn case you forget, we was 17th once when Woy in charge.... |

My reason for not supporting KD anymore
1) Spend $80M on players, now worth less than half the value. How many managers got the chance to spend that much but screw up so bad? Downing continue his no goal no assist league form, Henderson known as headless chicken, Adam was the worst before injured, Enrique was good then slowly turn bad. At least Carroll is slowly back to his best 2) Relegation form 2012, look how poor we are in some of the matches, Wigan, QPR, Fulham, Swansea, West Brom to name a few. One match turn off is acceptable, 5 matches is a problem and 10 is disaster. Lets look at our last 5 league matches, 2 win 3 losses..promising? I dont think so The only reason KD is still not sacked was because of his stature, another manager with same result will be instantly axe. |

No one is bigger than Liverpool, I guess this statement is not true since some of you think KD is bigger than Liverpool itself. No disrespect to KD, I know his past achievement, I respect him as one of the greatest at Liverpool. But if we change KD with Rafa and achieve the same result, 90% of Liverpool fans will call for his sacking. Like I say, the only thing keeping KD axed instantly was his stature.
Now KD leaving is already a reality, the next part will be even harder, choosing the right manager and direction. I had my doubts on Robert Martinez, Paul Lambert and Brendan Rodgers after what we experienced with Woy. We had few options in Rafa, AVB, Frank Rijkaard, Capello as title winning manager. For now, we need to believe the owner will make the right decision. |

Apparently AVB is the latest favourite now, having mix feeling about this. I really like him but not sure whatever happen to him at Chelsea will happen here as well.

I'm having a feeling of deja vu, first Rafa out then we got Woy..Now KD out, then Martinez is in the picture. Are you kidding me, Martinez? Different owner, same shit

Ian Ayre today insisted Liverpool are continuing to make progress as they edge closer to making a decision over their stadium.

Rodgers PR skill > Woy...so, 1-0 to Rodgers for now.
