Got mine today. Silver CFE.
1st thing to do, check tyre pressure. All tyres are above 40psi. Front should be 32psi, back 30psi. Throttle response a bit sluggish at D. But i guess it is tuned for fuel economy. Need to pedal a bit more for RPM to go above 2000, else will stay at 2K RPM. Power is readily available, just pedal more. |

QUOTE(fit @ May 18 2012, 03:23 PM) Collected my Preve during lunch time, mine is the 4th unit of CFE from the branch Congrats!Booked on 9 Apr Collected on 18 May CFE G Silver Autocity Proton Edar my first impression Defintely more fun to drive than test unit ..very minimal lazy mode or refuse to pick up from station, my SA explain the factory setting is good enough for comfortable drive no need to do tuning for new batch, my chasis number 31xx by the way. He did mentioned that the first few unit has came back for retune. Do u need to pedal more to get above 2K RPM? Mine does. |

QUOTE(Dickong @ May 20 2012, 08:57 PM) Wonder any third party brake pad in the market for preve, think of changing beos oem very dusty n very fast dirty. Yeah, agreed.I also feel that we need to step on the brake pedal quite 'deep' before any serious stopping comes in. I prefer the type that we just need to step a bit and can feel the stopping power. |

QUOTE(WhitE LighteR @ May 21 2012, 02:00 PM) i wonder... showroom car chassis number looks like how? maybe some SA can shed light on this or anyone that go and take a peak inside the engine bay... chassis number is sandblasted on the windscreen.it is also engraved at the driver side, can see when door is opened. |
