if u want to gauge century sprint performance, just do it as manual car coz this is clutch based cvt. Slot to d@s mode, dont press the foot brake, only engange handbrake, feed some throttle, feel the car like to move as u r doing ur manual car when stoping uphill, then disengage the handbrake n in the same time pedal to metal. Test it also with manual mode by sloting the gear lever to the left +- area too. N remember during manual mode, dont shift beyond 5k rpm mark or it will shift for u.

Reminder, do it at least after 1k km service.

Sorry, cant help much on car allocation. On fc, the 6.6l fc ia at 90kmh constant, tested on test track, one person onboard,which its call as control environment.  its normal fc gauge by manufacturer in malaysia. Fc will be varied depends on variables.already mentioned earlier how to get the most efficient town driving earlier. Salam.

Collect my fire red last Friday.  It is excited until now and still ongoing.... (Too bad, the feeling of the excited is changing from good to bad...).  Looks like, I’m one of the “lucky” preve owner... 

What I like most about the car?
- Spacious
- All kind of safety devices
- Better sound proof system than myvi and kelisa
- Nice sound system (of course, it is comparing with myvi and kelisa)

What I really really really don’t like So far?,...
I got 15 problems?(some of them required further confirmation)

1. There is oil leaking. I don't know what oil it is.  The colour is not black, it is very near to the cooking oil colour.
2. Once the ESC indicator is on, it will not go off until the engine is stopped.
3. Indicator (need confirmation)
Instant indicator is showing _'_.  I though it should show some number?
Outside temperature indicator is not found/available.  I read this in the manual
5. When Braking, got "helicopter sound", it is loud.  Especially when braking with speed more than 70KM
6. The Sterling is shaking when reaching 120km; Balancing is out?
7. Alignment is out also. I have fixed this by paying RM16. Can i claim back from proton?
8. The engine is noisy, far from what we are expecting.  However, the noise will be much lower when it is running 90KM and above with constant speed (in fact, this is the noise that we are looking at).
9. Car is “lazy” to move when rpm is less than 1800 (roughly).  After 3 days driving, still not use to it.
10. chok (pronounce in Cantonese),the car is not moving smoothly if not step on the accelerator. Especially happens to speed less than 60km.  It is like driving a manual car when you didn’t step on the accelerator, the speed is reducing and with the wrong gear.  Is it normal?
11. Can't just unlock the driver's door by using remote.  Once I press the release button, all the four doors unlocked.
12. Air-con blower got weird sound when the fan is more than half (may be around 75% and above).
13. Back sit power socket cover is kind of fragile.  The cover is being detached when I first open it.  The connector is broken..
14. Driver site windscreen got stain (color=white bigger than 50cent). Kind of glue I think.  I don’t know how to remove it.  I only try to remove it with water, but failed.
15. Headlight flashing is not available?  The light is always in “high” position once I pull the headlight stroke.  I though It should be flashing If I didn’t pull the stroke until second level (same as most of the car or even all the car?).
Enough?  Hope no more.  Still didn’t fix the oil leaking issues, got to work today.  Will try to apply leave for tomorrow and go SC puchong (edar branch)...

already explain about one way valve probs before. Erm, about one girl's friend blm tcu problem, since u r being honest mentioning the dealer sc forget to stamp the service book, another way is to ask any dealer sc(wakil servis,not branch sc coz branch sc has system that intergrated everytime u servicing the car) that u r always servicing, ask goodfaith from sa to stamp it and backdated the date. I know its not really good things to do that, but since u r actually service, thw sc do it wrongly, so, try to get the stamp(tipu sunat).

If u already send the car to eon sc to rectify the problem previously, this time send to prtn sc and vice versa coz their systems are not the same. Please only do this if something like this happened, not becoz u do not service at any eon or prtn sc, n just to take advantage of it on warranty part. Hope this help.

Ps, dont tell anyone that i tell u this. Tq in advance.

What is the chasis number onwards need to do the ECU remapping? For mine chasis number, it start with 1623.

Another question? from the CFE engine itself, where is the engine number located? my SA couldn't find the engine number for verification.

Haiyoooo. scratch my car on my own deeds....parking so bad me....T.T so heart ache..... is small scratch. anyone know how to restore? can see the black black metal....

and this is another thing here...the casing gap is too large.... today morning...my coin get into the hole...let you see the video i took...near the gear lever there. I just worry the 10 cent will destroy my cvt gear...is that the place the gear place? or got cover? how to take out coin that gets inside already...after toll plaza i put my coins on top of the cover there...it gets inside when i want to retrieve it...

The bumper is not metal, it's plastic, so it won't rust don't worry. Don't know if Proton can repaint it, though 

Dealers as opposed to branches. Dealers can't give you the chassis number beforehand. I wonder if dealers located in KL or other cities ordered earlier in anticipation of the model selling well. Could be why some people receive their cars earlier.
