It is indeed a nice fun app

When you first launch it, you will be prompted to register with Samsung and your phone number. You will get a SMS with a 4 digit password or just tap call button to listen to recorded message giving you the 4 number password
This app ONLY works on Touchwiz based ICS roms ( such as original German build, Alba v4, Criskelo V3 etc )

i can paste it, just not enough space.  To double check - i tried pasting another smaller file into the system/app/ folder and it was pasted without any problem. 

Thanks for the reminder though - i never thought of that. 

Sorry for asking stupid question again due to this will be my second time replacing my notes firmware therefore need to be extra sure and careful:-

I have replaced my stock firmware to N7000DXLC2 using PC ODIN method and now if i wish upgrade to GERMIN ICS N7000XXLPY_N7000OXALPY_DBT, can i use the same method.

I used below:-

Step 1: Download PDA.tar [Direct Download] and place it on your desktop for easy access later on.

Step 2: Download ODIN 1.85 [Direct Download]. This is the tool we will use to flash the pre-rooted kernel. Extract the .zip file’s contents using appropriate software (we recommend 7zip). Launch it.

Step 3: Turn off your Galaxy Note. Once it is completely shut down, press and hold Volume Down + Power/Lock buttons until you see a screen that asks you to press Volume Up to continue. Doing so will put your phone in download mode.

Step 4: Your smartphone (or is it a tablet?) will now be detected by ODIN.

Step 5: From ODIN, click on PDA and select PDA.tar file which you downloaded in Step 1.

Step 6: Click on Start to begin rooting procedure. Your device may reboot multiple times; this is normal behavior so there is nothing to be worried about.

how big is the downloaded ics file?

OTA can't detect... currently downloading kies file from samsung site at home laptop... slow!

Somehow I felt that I had half root only coz when I batch restore using Titanium Backup...it ask me to install the apps 1 by 1 instead of directly installing them

Any method to root it again?

I never knew that i can screenshot with my palm before this but still, the power + home button hold is the easiest way to take screenshot for me.
