The battery drain much more faster by using stock GB.

Anyway to improve? Cos i don't find this problem by using Stunner or German ICS.

My setting below.

1) I set my brightness to 15-20% manually instead of using auto brightness.
2) Using Easy Battery Saver app with 'Intelligent Mode'. Which mean when my phone in sleep mode, all 3G data connection/wifi will be closed.

I guess i will stick with this ROM in temporarily basis until the update is here. LOL.

Just bring the charger everywhere.

Any betterbatterystats info? heavy GPS Wake lock?

Never too late.. haha Sleep still V13, wake up this morning, V14.. 

If no heavy wakelock, check to confirm your phone go deep sleep. But if u heavy usage, then, sure the battery drain fast.

just bought the note for 2 weeks, n i got a dead pixel on the screen ..
hmm..how long will i need to wait for them to fix the problem?

well, i dont think so it will happen..
anywhere will try my luck ...

show it to who? Samsung Service Center or during your purchase just change?

Just clear data of playstore at settings/applications . Restart phone
Always work as I have encountered such error messages few times switching roms

In fact many other users at XDA has also confirmed flashing on top of the German build no issue at all. If one worry so much, than flash first Abyss Kernel and use its recovery to flash other ICS roms

Yes, my last Touchwiz based ICS rom is Criskelo V3. Wanted to try Alba v4 and Midnote 1.2 , both download attempts kept broken off mid way !! Tried twice for both . Now downloading latest Kingdroid 1.1

Just wipe all caches n data ( optional)
Than select zip

If on gb try cassie lite in my opinion best gb rom

You can directly flash. Must wipe all caches n data
No need to flash the ics repack

You can always flash the removed apps zip to get back those missing apps
Battery life is acceptable to me but maybe not to you since you say you are power user
I nowadays do not worry about battery as i have 3 extra batteries with me

Criskelo Rom is the best so far.. haven't try the rest yet..

Hmm... can we use Gingerbread modems on ICS? I'm tempted to flash over LB1 modem to see if it improves battery life.

uncle any suggesting rom??now just flash criskelo v3..think to play around and try another rom..

haizz.after 5min explore..i think go back to stunner..when go to official gb,i can send mms,and receive mms without problem.but after swiching stunner,and criskelo..cant send mms without on data..why haa?

wow.. Machinarium on Android.    should be superb on our high reso big screen. 

My class 10 Sandisk 64GB hits about 11-12 mb/s writing. This is good if you need to write a lot to ext SD card from phone. Example I always write to the ext SDcard practically every day doing my nandroid backups. And the faster writing speeds helps a lot
