Safe. Everything is good now....2 hours to DL firmware, 8 minute to flash via Odin, 20 minutes to update media, apps etc...

download PC ODIN from my siggy also

GO TO SETTING=APPLICATION=TICK UNKNOWN SOURCE
GO TO SETTING=APPLICATION=DEVELOPMENT=TICK USB DEBUGGING
EXTRACT PC ODIN INTO UR PC
EXTRACT THE ROM UNTIL U SEE XXX.MD5

1. load the file XXX.MD5 on PDA at PC ODIN
2. boot to download mode (VOL DOWN+HOME KEY+ON/OFF BUTTON) release the key when u see samsung galaxy note n7000 boot image
3. connect ur device to ur pc using usb cable
4. at PC ODIN OPTION make sure just tick ONLY AUTO REBOOT AND RESET TIME
5. PRESS START AND WAIT TIL IT FINISH FLASHING AND UR PHONE WILL REBOOT..
*
hey, after download the firmware then should we extract the file come out? or just follow your step is ok already? smile.gif

It's not that bad lah... those non rooted users will benefit with the ICS updates.. For the rest of us rooted users and those who tested out many2 different custom roms edi.. its just a bit on the low key.. coz we have tested others with other capabilities and functions  brows.gif
ICS malaysia update? Its a non wipe version..
*

Yup, malaysia official ICS, so after flash no need to do factory reset?
