I connect my Notes to Kies.. New update available.. Now donwloading the new version.. anyone done this?

Why this error keep on appear? Yes I know my batt only left 56% but I think its should be enuff..

I wait more than 1 hour to download the update firmware.. suddenly, come out error ask to restart the phone then reconnect with Kies again.. then I have to wait another 1 hour again.. OMG!!!
