Anyone has experience with those battery saver apps on the market?
Do they really work?

Juice Defender Ultimate is quite good but have to do a bit manual settings because by default it disables wifi and data plan when the screen is locked.So unless u wake ur phone up,u wont get any notifications from whatsapp or facebook.

u sure the video is not corrupted? mine all anime series play like a charm. i can even choose freely which subtitles to add and adjust the timing.


MP4 better meant that it is much more smoother, sometimes when playing big size mkv files there might be some "kek" once in a while but MP4 is very smooth throughout whole playing. i heard that MP4 supports hardware acceleration but MKV nope.

I'm an AuTuTu fan. Just bought their Battery Saver Pro to pump it up to level 4.
It's saying battery 100(+49) % now. If it can really make my battery last 49% longer.

btw...... anyone noe how to change the dpi density in criskelo v3? was stuck with stunner too long, cant stand the big fonts and big icons anymore

On V14, a few people on XDA are claiming that high capacity gold battery can make our G.Note last 30% longer.

You can try downloading a DPI changer in Play Store. That worked with CM, not sure if it'll work for you.

I'm using some cheap RM20 car charger with nice blue LED Blackberry logo on it.
Works fine for me.

Haha, I dun think it is possible, I am using DX Battery booster, there is a custom function that will clean up useless app automatically, because I found out no matter how frequently we clean apps, they will be back ... even we have off all the notification function :S

Oh well. Just trying it out. I'll report back if it really works.

I am very sure that the file is fine, any settings needed for MX player to play MKV file?

Boot into 3e recovery and wipe device.
Power + Vol up + home button.

Just boot into recovery and wipe.
I've experienced this before, waited almost 2 hours to boot and finally gave up.

The process should take less than 5 minutes.

did you experienced this also when flashing this ics rom?

Yes. Bro, you don't have a choice now.
It's either you boot into 3e recovery or your phone will never start again.

And BTW, 3e recovery is not CWM. It's official recovery.
Once you flash to German ICS, you'll lose CWM, so don't worry it's not CWM.
You'll understand what I mean when you boot into recovery and notice it's way different.
