As there are more units for sale in SW with similar concept and pricing with Skypod, it is normal we have more people with vested interest in SW who will badmouth this development. smile.gif

Some people will go up to the extent of providing false information as they might have a very high stake in other project (overborrow?).

I see some comments on the sewerage pond beside this development. Come on lah, at least take the initiative to Google before coming up with such false claim. Want to bullshit also do a proper job la... my2c

Same pricing?? Much higher than SW, now SW only 500psf; and also  not the same concept and style.

Skypod got the most better corridor which is similar to IOI Sutramas apartment. If u check the floor plan, u will know this project have very high similarity with the nearby Sutramas.

Can see a lot of cranes on the site from LDP highway Puchong bound on the flyover. Can expect more traffic on LDP on future biggrin.gif

That I don't know. All I'm saying is majority uncle auntie aged 40+ form the major group of purchasers. They must quite well off to be able to invest in a project like skypod / trigon. smile.gif

IOI customer service is in IOI PFCC in Bandar Puteri level 2. This walkway sheltered walkway thing is a good idea. Something like Setiawalk has done.

If IOI is farsighted, they will build it cos it brings more business / vibrancy to their IOI mall and IOI Boulevard which they are collecting rental from.

Customer feels safe and happy will translate to more rental income when business flourish.

We are looking at a huge pool of future customer base here in skypod at 600+ units.

Building this sheltered walkway also shows IOI is doing ita CSR and most importantly don't lose face to Setiawalk which has built it.
