Ya ya sir UFO, after saw your post baru I realized
 I think maybe because priced too high kua. DS around here still got 500k-650k. And with that price can buy 2 sutramas already although class is diff. |

A bit worry on Skypod's basement car park. Yesterday I passes by as usual, but it looks like swimming pool with brown color after heavy rain. Maybe technically this is not an issue.
I also remember during the launching, one SA told me they hold second block because of underground water, not really sure. Agreed that SW is better. Still can go in for subsale? |
