Almost all the pool view units sapued except a handful high flr units left, those on 13 or 14 floor. 881sf & 1033sf - City view units still have a few lower flr and upper flr. 1249sf all habis on the soft launch day, end of story..

Think still left <20% units available for Tower 1, not sure the price will increase or not...

Btw, skypod vs trigon which one has more luxury feel? My take is price and carpark wise, think skypod looks more attractive than trigon.

IMHO, i oso choose pool view lower floor. Believe it is quieter than city view, let hope the noise level from shoplots is acceptable one.
