as can be seen below there is still 1 more unit type C2 left located on 13th fl n right below the break tank. type C hampalang sapu BERSIH dy.

type D 634 sf (no balcony) / 743 sf (with balcony)
it is also interesting to note that many of the type D units that were snapped up comprise of those 743 sf with a relatively spacious  balcony (b/u 109 sf). 10/24 of such units, mostly pool view were booked today. this phenomenon further pushes down the earlier reported low take up rate of type D 634 sf without balcony. i see these type D 743 sf units as the nearest head to head competitor to SW's type D 845 sf where the major difference is the additional study room (hence +1) in the latter. [type D 743 sf r priced from rm569 psf to rm655 psf]. not skypod's type C 881 sf as some have suggested.

Publish la the complete price list like what you did for tower 2. 

every typical floor, 10 units got 4 units is big sized one 17xx sqf
and floor >10th floor is already 650psf +- for 9xx sqf
<30%, u make me feel like going down to sales gallery to count the stickers.......

For tower1, not much units left...cheapest all gone.. left RM420k above,..

For tower 2 bigger size unit, think need balloting...

Straight line distance from the entrance to Persiaran Puchong Jaya to centrepoint of ST06 is about 500m. That's excluding the distance from the road entrance to Skypod and crossing LDP. All in give or take app. 800m. Not exactly near by still walkable.

Setiawalk itself is big, end to end from Solace to Vio is almost 300m. The distance from the covered pedestrian bridge which has been built to ST07 is 100m (just cross LDP). Not sure if you want to consider the distance from Solace/ Brio/ Vio lobby to the bridge as these are covered all the way and within SW environment, walking here shouldnt be a prob at all. Worse case scenario, from Solace to ST07 it wouldn't be more than 500m. Ok, back to Skypod before got shoot further

No need to say sorry, 乞兒is the actual meaning but when you listen carefully the cantonese people pronounce it, they say黑衣（first sound) instead of 乞兒(third sound). There is no science to it, it's just cantonese way of doing things.
