QUOTE(aquest @ May 19 2012, 07:40 PM)
sales update as at end of today

type C/C2 881 sf
as can be seen below there is still 1 more unit type C2 left located on 13th fl n right below the break tank. type C hampalang sapu BERSIH dy.

type D 634 sf (no balcony) / 743 sf (with balcony)
it is also interesting to note that many of the type D units that were snapped up comprise of those 743 sf with a relatively spacious  balcony (b/u 109 sf). 10/24 of such units, mostly pool view were booked today. this phenomenon further pushes down the earlier reported low take up rate of type D 634 sf without balcony. i see these type D 743 sf units as the nearest head to head competitor to SW's type D 845 sf where the major difference is the additional study room (hence +1) in the latter. [type D 743 sf r priced from rm569 psf to rm655 psf]. not skypod's type C 881 sf as some have suggested.

I was there on Thursday and the salesperson told me that Tower 1 will only be launched in Nov or after, and the indicative price for 1033sf is above 500K, probably starting from 530K. I didn't ask about the 1248sf though. Not too interested after seeing the model of the building. It does not look appealing to me at all @@

every typical floor, 10 units got 4 units is big sized one 17xx sqf
and floor >10th floor is already 650psf +- for 9xx sqf
<30%, u make me feel like going down to sales gallery to count the stickers.......
*
LOL. No need to go there. I happened to take a photo of it earlier this week - 131 units sold (72.3%)

Added on June 7, 2012, 9:05 pmI tend to believe that there is no sticker game in Trigon sales due to the following reasons:

(1) Its sales performance has been far from impressive (30%?) since its soft launch in March last year. In fact, I remember the sales chart showed only 40%-50% sales prior to the official launch just a couple of months ago
(2) There is actually a waiting list of about 15 to 20 people wanting to get their target unit there. I accidentally saw that list when I was at the sales gallery last month. Don't ask me how I know the list is genuine. LOL

Straight line distance from the entrance to Persiaran Puchong Jaya to centrepoint of ST06 is about 500m. That's excluding the distance from the road entrance to Skypod and crossing LDP. All in give or take app. 800m. Not exactly near by still walkable.
*
Do you happen to know the walking distance from Setiawalk to its LRT station?

Setiawalk itself is big, end to end from Solace to Vio is almost 300m. The distance from the covered pedestrian bridge which has been built to ST07 is 100m (just cross LDP). Not sure if you want to consider the distance from Solace/ Brio/ Vio lobby to the bridge as these are covered all the way and within SW environment, walking here shouldnt be a prob at all. Worse case scenario, from Solace to ST07 it wouldn't be more than 500m. Ok, back to Skypod before got shoot further  tongue.gif

Thanks for the info. Ya you are right. Back to Skypod biggrin.gif

No need to say sorry, 乞兒is the actual meaning but when you listen carefully the cantonese people pronounce it, they say黑衣(first sound) instead of 乞兒(third sound). There is no science to it, it's just cantonese way of doing things.

I see. Got it. Thanks smile.gif

Out of curiosity, how would you rank the following apartment levels in order of your preferences?

- lowest floor
- 4th floor
- 13th floor
- 14th floor
- 24th floor
- highest floor

Engwei are you property agents?

Bcs recently, one property agent asked same question on this property.
*
Really? Exactly the same question? shocking.gif

But no, I'm definitely not a real estate agent. It has got to be a freaky coincidence. LOL

Care to share your preferences? smile.gif

i like 11th floor unit number 11 or 10th floor unit number 10

Added on August 16, 2012, 9:52 pmI thought all the number with 4,14,24 where IOI have change it to 3A,13A,23A?
*
Ya. It's true they have changed the numbers but I don't think that helps much in changing people's perception. For e.g., we still see 3A as 4 and 13A as 14, don't we? sweat.gif
