I think the distance to LRT stations are about the same for both Skypod and SW, probably SW is even nearer.

seconded. i personally prefer SkyPod's 881sf over SW's 845sf, but bullets out already  and >RM500 psf is quite expensive, but i think it still has the room to grow as the area is considered as the golden area in puchong.
not to forget that SkyPod is also located at a walking distance to IOI mall, business park, and shop lots, not to say the retail outlets inside the SkyPod...

again like twin-gor said, slightly different target market...

SW may build a covered pedestrian bridge to the under con LRT opposite. Can Skypod do that? The distance shud be 150m across which I think it highly possible. What you guys think?

I think bro ace doesn't mean that using Sutramas Apartment to compare with Skypod for all the materials or same concept or design.

Probably he found out that Skypod designs look alike or a bit face lift from the Sutramas Apartment which built by coincidentally, IOI and it looked horrible.

I think it's all from different aspects in terms of comparing, esp an old apartment against exp condo which is yet to be build, but make sure we look at it at healthy way.

The void space is there to give the rooms some outside air. Do people generally feel that void spaces will be an eye sore and it is apartment-ish ? And seriously, what can be done about it ? Without changing the layout and design, almost nothing can be done about it !

seriously i do not know of a good corridor design and hoping you can enlightened me a bit.
the typical corridors that i'd come across are mostly hotel corridor concept. door to door facing.
the more innovative type would be a spider or butterfly design that mutated from the door to door facing concept. this is akin to something like mk aman corridor.
then there's the 1 sided corridor similiar to covillea. this may apply to l-shaped building and to some extent u-shaped building.
then there's the void concept. void concept have 2 types. big void or small void. think shang villa also have this type of design.

so ace77 boss, please share your kung fu with me on what constitute a good corridor design.
again am not aware that design is govern by pricing of the product. learn something new today.

It would be true if the air wells are dark. Nobody likes to face the dark spaces. So I guess a quick fix could be fixing sufficient lighting at those locations.

And please put yellow lights there, people would associate yellow light with warm and 'gold'. Kekeke.
