unlike trigon, skypod dun even have light refreshment let alone free makan.

sales update as at end of today

type C/C2 881 sf
as can be seen below there is still 1 more unit type C2 left located on 13th fl n right below the break tank. type C hampalang sapu BERSIH dy.

type D 634 sf (no balcony) / 743 sf (with balcony)
it is also interesting to note that many of the type D units that were snapped up comprise of those 743 sf with a relatively spacious balcony (b/u 109 sf). 10/24 of such units, mostly pool view were booked today. this phenomenon further pushes down the earlier reported low take up rate of type D 634 sf without balcony. i see these type D 743 sf units as the nearest head to head competitor to SW's type D 845 sf where the major difference is the additional study room (hence +1) in the latter. [type D 743 sf r priced from rm569 psf to rm655 psf]. not skypod's type C 881 sf as some have suggested.

u have under-estimated the unexpected high demand for trigon. at record breaking prices along the golden mile n after just 14 months the leftover is now < 30%, mostly comprising of units > 1700 sf.

to determine if the sos is spicy or not, any1 can sample the sos chilli by deliberately placing their bookings via stopped cheques on sold units only i.e. those with stickers attached.

if ur booking is declined on the spot without showing remorse n no attempt by the SA to request for ur contact nbr just in case there is/are any dropouts for whatever reasons, then the sos is not spicy a.k.a no sticker game unless sps deliberately wishes to block the sale of certain units.

if ur booking is accepted on the spot or after performing some face saving drama (such as making fake telephone calls, pretending to check computer records n manual files, putting u on waiting list) by SA, then the sos is likely to be spicy a.k.a. sticker game is highly probable unless there is valid reason to believe that the sps had earlier made a genuine mistake in placing the sticker incorrectly.

the news that tower 2 has been sold out as earlier reported by a forummer is totally misleading to begin with. no photographic evidence was ever presented here to substantiate his/her claim.

remember someone reported that he/she got wind from reliable sos that the LRT Station 7 right opposite sw would be scrapped? hey today the contractor is seen carrying out pile load test at the site bringing sigh of great relief to sw purchasers.

info wrt the available (3) units above is incorrect.

firstly, there r no such units as B-13A-11 n B-13A-12 coz their floor space have been taken up by the 'break tank'. they r marked (w/o selling price) in the sales chart to provide guidance to purchasers as to the actual position or whereabout of the break tank.

secondly, unit B-13-11 is type D 634 sf n not 881 sf.

hence, availability of type C2 881 sf units in T2 = 0

Leftover =
Tower 2: 20+ units made up of 634 sf (type D w/o balcony) & 753 sf (type D1 with balcony)
Tower 1: 1 unit type A 1248 sf

Situation, pricing quite similar to YouOne. But U1 has more large units that r yet to be taken up.

Its actually a type D 634 sf with identical layout but comes with a huge balcony (relative to its size). Hence, its lower rm psf.
