Look likes Skypod is getting both positive and negative reviews from the forumers.
In my opinion, Setia Walk is pretty congested project. So dense.
Investment point of view, definitely good. Cause you just wanna buy then sell. Can earn for sure.
Renting it out is out of picture, because of the 'happening' pubs, mall, etc..you'd probably wanna rent it higher.
If for own stay, might as well get landed in Taman Wawasan. Selling from 500k (or maybe lower)

Skypod, risk of being a foreign accommodation place, due to Binary.
Again on the investment point of view, you either wanna rent or sell it out.
And most of the foreigner who can study here are rich enough to buy it from you.
Your target market wouldnt be family people. You could aim at students, singles, or basically young people.
With the retail at bottom floors, I bet starbucks, coffee bean, those chill and relax cafes will open to cater these students.

I doubt those cafe will open in Skypod. They are in SW. Especially w IOI management, don't bet on commercial. It is the residential part that money can be make.

Actually ioi punya manyak mahal n design really lousy, if u all been to their project like nearby Sutramas apartment. Almost the same design. The long corridor is direct copy.

Same pricing?? Much higher than SW, now SW only 500psf; and also not the same concept and style.

Skypod got the most better corridor which is similar to IOI Sutramas apartment. If u check the floor plan, u will know this project have very high similarity with the nearby Sutramas.

This is the fact.

Surprise leh, but not for the developer. In fact, the corridor walkway of skypod identitical and would u surprise it is a very cheap n lousy design like in flat.

There was never really a WAR. It is clear cut as Puchong only have 2 cinemas (GSC and TGV).

Please see Sutramas Apartment which built by IOI and their corridor design is the same as per Skypod. I doubt IOI will provide any extra...

Ok, i posted the picture as the design for the corridor is the same as Skypod. It is actually cheap skate for IOI to charge such price. If u got the brochure of Skypod, just opened and u will know what i meant.

The corridor design is not Condo standard.

u may not like it but it is true. For a proper sewerage plant, it really got one in between Wawasan 3 and Puchong Jaya. Or u can view from Sutramas apartment. If the plant got problem, the smell will spread till the apartment.
