QUOTE(darrenboo @ May 16 2012, 09:21 PM) Ya, lots of activities going on. Anyway, Setia Walk is quite expensive, location wise Skypod might be better since the LRT just within walking distant. But how much will they price Skypod? should be at RM600++ per sf, rite? I think the distance to LRT stations are about the same for both Skypod and SW, probably SW is even nearer.

If I am in the market for one, I would consider Solace rather than Skypod, unless DIBS is a must for the purchaser.

QUOTE(davkong @ Aug 22 2012, 02:50 PM) Lol... pardon ppl's england lar.... I am not nit picking here. I went to Chinese school as well. I was not able to understand that sentence. Added on August 22, 2012, 7:49 pmQUOTE(dc28yk @ Aug 22 2012, 04:22 PM) I want to buy for own stay 1.. and not flipping... so why the on earth would i want to buy sub sale?? or maybe you guys are fighting from an investment point of view.. if like this i rest my case. Many people are blinded by the point that a new property is always better than sub-sale unit. That include my close relatives and friends. If a new Property A is RM 700K, while a subsale Property B is at RM 650K (or even at RM 720K), one should really compare the pros and cos of these two properties, rather than jumping into decision of "Must buy a new one".
