I really dunno why IOI put up such price. Starting to lose faith in IOI especially after bandat puteri issue. Anyway, add a bit more of that price, you can
get a luxury condo in KL.

Doesnt need a scientist to see that SW is a lot better than skypod. Someone highlighted that Solace may need 500m walking distance while skypod to the LRT is lesser than that. But walking in a nice environments with cafes, you will feel shorter rather than short distance but exposed to not-so-nice-environment for a longer period.

For instance, walking from convention centre to KLCC seems short (even though far) but walking from IOI mall secret recipe to the banks across the road seems further even though nearer coz so hot.
