I think the developer loaded the price of view into per floor price increase. Per floor price increase is 3k considered very steep because the built up is small.

You can't get sub sales value for sw at the moment.

Do you mean all the 634sqft units finished already?
Last Friday, a friend said still has some 30-40% leftovers.
Can you confirm?

Got people said as at end of Saturday still only 40% sold for 634 sf. Just one day all the units sold ? Very hard to believe lar.

634sqft left over few unit only.

but its not worth to invest else you thinking to rent out the unit?

damn those richbbiee..buy all those unit.

New tower estimated will increase 15-20% after market.

BBB is Buy Buy Buy mode ...

It's RR, not RRR .... RR = Rimba Residence, BK5 ....

RR is newly private launch recently ... same goes to Skypod ... thats why most people compare both RR and Skypod due to both in Puchong and pricing about the same ...

There are very few buyers are from LYN and propWTF. The skypod is not popular on the online forums, unlike the Rimba Residence.
