If not mistaken it's expiring in the middle of the Sept month. So the interest will be pro-rated ? A portion will still go to developer ?
Is it possible to start dumping money into the loan ( before it is fully disbursed ) to reduce interest since the DIBS has expired ? |

Had a chance to look at the inside of skypod.
Actually what's inside is not so bad. Ceiling is high for sure. Paint work looks good. Bathrooms furnishing reasonable. All the door handles, window handles etc smaller accessories I am ok with the quality as when you hold them if feels solid and heavy. The cheapest quality is the kitchen sink.
