I assume Hyundai's aren't necessarily bad cars, today i just went to Hyundai Show Room puchong i am really interesting on it.

i was checking the New Hyundai Elantra, i open the door and seat inside ,checking the interior, exterior about 15 minute. and i open the bonnet by myself

see the assembly engine structure. but still no sales man was come after services me.

And i was seeing the another 3 sales man standing there.like no paying attention on me. i move further action to request a broucher from a sales man standing

there . he take the broucher for me.but no price list. so i request from him the another time for the pricing list.

he didnt bother to serve me.


i feel frustration and go away. i feel like to complain to the HQ with this kind of sales service. even Toyota & Kia,Ford dosent hv this kind of bad sale service.

been in your shoe, but at Toyota's Show Room, besides Subang Parade. no SA came to me, until my dad approaches me, then those SA quickly came and ask my dad, not me.

I was there once to check out the new Sonata 2.4.
Drove a Kelisa there, ask for test drive, don't have. Reason given is salesperson not available. Salesperson all sitting at counter there sleeping

first judgement is from what car you drive. true story from a SA.

TS, next time u drive a ferrari there, and ask for test drive.

maybe they think Hyundai is premier brand...lol

no wonder Hyundai Sale market in malaysia are suck.

I also been there before...there was true...all the SA really...not attend to you...some more I drive Sonata go there...I went there with my family....My family say to me how come not SA attend to you....all the SA just standing outsite and do chating with others SA (few SA chating together)....afterthat I went off to Glenmarie do test drive & booking.

Come to my 3S showroom, if no one serve you, i will screw them for you.

Their sales quota for the month complete already. So if they sell more cars now, later next month boss will ask them to sell more. Like that hard to achieve la. Malaysian salesman mentality like that one.

The puchong branch ask them keep skin lah.all SA wear shirt and slack, like very high class, then all smoking in front of show room.See those wearing shorts and t shirts won't even bother to serve u one.my experience there also like that.

Anyway u visit Elantra thread, many ppl will recommend u to a good dealer.

those salesman really bad.... but no need to be angry about it... is their lose. If i were in their shoe i will value every person that walk in the showroom, becoz usually ppl come in showroom to see car have very high chance to close sales... is not like selling other things.

I could earn a lot of commission a month.... those salesman u see there..... they are meant to only earn their minimum wages... they themselves may not even be able to afford a car.

Toyota also same lar, I went in to look at Vios last time, nobody bother to attend to me. At the end buy from other branch

u drive sonata = already bought a car, come to kacau only
