Try to look for Ah Keong of CK Tint Puchong. Let me know if you can get cheaper than RM1800 from him.

Got my 2.0 last week and overall happy with the car. Bluetooth connection good. Fc high 16.5 but coz of me step hard. Just clock 250km. Not so comfortable drive in rain coz the vipper and rain drip noise from roof..anyone know how to reduce the rain noise..1st gear change at 2500 able to feel, then from 2 to 3 and 4 smooth..

Bro Atec, I read auto foam 's comment on sound proof. It depends on ur priority. For me, I feel our 408 soundproof is very good. No wind noise, tyre noise also very low. So, it means, if u r not satisfied with roof soundproof due to raining....soon, u gonna complain the sound coming from windscreen after roof is improved.

Then, maybe the sound of tyre may become more apparent after u soundproof roof even though it was still the same as before. To put it simple, we will somehow feel certain area need to be soundproof after one another.

Hi all sifus. There's a problem with my bluetooth. I am able to connect my iphone via bluetooth to make calls. But when I play music through my iphone, the bluetooth disconnects after only a few seconds. It happens all the time. Anyone else facing a similar problem? Care to advise?

42kmph is at what gear la? 4th? How to measure FC at such slow speeds?

Yes, other section are perfect and comfy..but guess who assembled the door on the 408

may cars including the K5 has this. Nothing great. I wasnt asking what is 42kmph but im asking how could u use that to calculate FC? Average speed is best used for highway driving not in city driving with stop go traffic where the majority of your high FC comes from dead stop acceleration and low gear cruising.

Anyway, I have a draft on the list of things the SA will provide for me . This is signed by my SA during my first visit to there to book. So I am refering to this draft each time I meet him. He is in the midst of doing me the tint now( i saw my car in the centre). I am monitoring all his actions for now.So far he have fulfilled all my demands. Only thing remaining now is the tint and the GPS which he will provide me on the day i collect my car according to him.

Reporting my mileage consumption. I m overwhelm with the result. Maybe someone here can help me do calculation.

Pumped full tank at kesas. Drove to jb.ard 420km. Left half tank shown on the meter cluster. Refill to full tank at rm50.01 before leaving for SG. Spent 2 nights with There. Went to Johor and spent another night. Leave for kl with roughly 40% of petrol. Reach Ayer Hitam and fill up rn25. Now back to ard 2/3 tank. Total spent on petrol now is rm75.01. All the way back to klang. Refill at rm84.05. Total km for the whole journey was 1030km.

What I did was rm50.01+ rm25 + rm84.05 = 159.06/2. I get average full tank price for this trip. @ rm80(for easy calculation).

I use rm80/1000km(again for easy calculation) = rm0.08/km. wow, I didn't know my 408t is so fuel efficient. I haven't done my first service yet.

Today only went to geoauto behind naza Jalan 222 for service.

Seriously, I have a bad experience with the front counter name Rajan. Another lady driving 308t also facing the same problem. The guy didn't even know what she meant by jerking.its layman and I expect him to understand that.

Immediately I made a complain to their careline and complain about him in front of him. Well, if u ask me! He asked for it. Quote : " if you want, you can call our careline and make complain" ok. I ask for the number from his colleague and call immediately in front of him.

They dismantle battery, white color plastic thingy next to it (quite a big one and I think it's not a gearbox) checks out internal and found the center radio unit fully dismantle and taken out. The guy also doing something at far left dashboard(the space where your passenger door touches when door is shut.

A bit worry, asked the technician but he doesn't seem like to entertain me. Haih....so, took a photo with my s3. But lazy to post here bcos using iPad.

It is very easy to calculate. You start your journey with a full tank, and after u finish your journey, you pump full tank again. Just add up all the fuel ups, including the last fuel up after you finish your journey. That is how much fuel you have used in total. No need to divide by 2.

BTW, my 308 VTi can survive a trip from KL to Penang and back in one full tank. About 800km for 55L of fuel.
