True. Don't forget this car was not designed for Europe,China market, if not mistaken. This is an example of what I said earlier, on lowered standards. For me the lack of engine bottom protection is more of a concern. Fortunately our roads are not infested with debrie!
As you get more familiar with the car you'll find the lack of finesse,fortunately most of it is in non crucial areas. For the price it's still value for money.

If you ferry children, it can be a major issue. There's always the worry that one of the kids might accidentally pull the door lever. At the same time, it's too much of a hassle to get out and open the door for them. Especially at busy school gates.
Ya this can be a bit of hassle, but I guess better use child lock. Better take the trouble and be safe.Cannot be all the time on the look out. The one day you are distracted, that's the day it will happen.
