okay i am about to pay streamyx bill via TM Online. One thing that rose my curiosity. Does the address details need to be the same as billing details of the streamyx bill?

My OCBC Ti is currently tagged my home address as my hometown in Seremban and my current streamyx bill is belong to KL's home.

Do I entitled for the 5% rebate? Please enlighten me if anyone tried on this before. Am about to settle bills thru OCBC Ti smile.gif

billing address does not matter. only merchant. besides neither tm nor ocbc has visibility on the address of your CC vs your bill.

Petrol i will fill on weekend via MBB2 AMEX, the overflow of 1k all charge to MBB MASTERCARD.
*
actually all spent should go to MBB Amex when possible (even after 1k) as it is still 5x points while the mastercard is only 1x.

based on the term and conditions

QUOTE
There are 2 types of rebates offered in this Campaign:
a) a 5% (five percent) rebate to Eligible Customers who have made payments for any one or more of the Selected Bills
within the Campaign Period; the 5% is computed on the amount actually paid for the Selected Bills and is subject to the
maximum rebate amount of RM20 per Eligible Customer per calendar month; and

b) a 5% (five percent) additional bonus rebate for the third month’s payments only, to Eligible Customers who have made
payments for any one or more of the Selected Bills for three consecutive months within the Campaign Period; the 5% is
computed based on the amount actually paid for the Selected Bills in the third month of the Campaign and is subject to
the maximum rebate amount of RM20 per Eligible Customer.
the max spending is RM400 per month for RM20 rebate per month and RM40 rebate for the final month (provided you have participated for all 3 months)

2nd 5% has its own cap (RM20). first 5% is based on your RM50

people need to start learning to read T&C.

Where you guys check? I saw I've been credited with RM24.25 but I can't see any details of my transaction.

And another thing, I've been given less of the amount.

I pay mine the following way all through the online banking

July
RM80 (though OCBC savings account) - Card not approve yet

Aug
RM85 (through OCBC Credit card)

Sep
RM400 (through OCBC Credit card)

I should have RM48.25 instead. But now I only see they charged my Aug and Sep rebates with 5% each only. Hence the amount is that.

I called the OCBC CS before this and was told I'm eligible for the additional 5% (on top of the 5% rebate) for final month.

I don't see my 1st month rebate as well
*
\\

You only got

Aug = RM85 * 5% = RM4.25
Sep = RM400 * 5% = RM20

total = RM24.25.

Think you need to call them and point out your July transaction. Sorry I don't recall the T&C so not too sure whether Savings Account is eligible, but please check with them and point out the calculation. Basically if you don't get a bonus for July, you won't be eligible for the additional bonus in Sep

In the first place I'm not entitled to any rebates if I didn't pay my bills for that particular 3 months in a row for the additional rebate.
*
Not accurate. You get rebates for the months you participate in.

Only the additional 5% paid in Sep requires you to have made payment for all 3 months. As per my calculation, you did not get any rebate in July, hence you did not qualify for additional 5% in Sep.

You would still get the 5% in Aug and the 5% in Sep.

The promo was

5% - July
5% - Aug
5% + 5% - Sep

you missed the ones in bold
