oh damn, i apply OCBC titanium last 2 weeks, but i fail. I never have any credit card before.
Before i apply OCBC titanium card, i apply for HSBC amanah plantinum card, application is successful even my gross income didnt meet the their requirement which is RM36k. But after receive the HSBC amanah plantinum cc,i didnt activate it.
I thought this will happen to OCBC titanium too.

OCBC titanium cc is so hard to apply.

Mine is simple:
1) Applied through online, agent called me for application.
2) Sent in the necessary documents
3) Waited and got rejected after that. Agent called back to ask for my EPF statement.
4) Sent in my EPF statement and waited again. Rejected again.
5) Called to CS and voiced out my dissatisfaction as I fulfilled the requirements and provided whatever is required. There is no reason why it should be rejected. That time was a Friday's evening.
6) Didn't notice my card was approved on the following Monday.
7) On Tuesday got a call from OCBC telling my card was approved and already shipped out on Monday

That's all. Long process for me but luckily in the end I got what I wanted.

received the rm50 rebate for new application...

love the rebates, wish it was more than rm50... sad that aeon supermarket only gives 1%, so got to use my amex when shop in aeon.

applied through marketing ppl, got rejected although I don't have any loan and have clean debt record on other bank's cc as well. Don't know what's wrong with it?

Was at ocbc last week and was approached by a salesgirl on the credit card.  Asked her is rm50 waived?  At first she said yes but when I told her why other branch said no. She then pointed at the back of application form said the t & c mentioned it will be waived if three swipes have been made during the first 45 days. I was in a hurry and the wordings was so small, I didn't spend time to find out more

My application was rejected to day.
I do not know why....
Any sifus can help me here???

have you sign up for internet banking?

go to ocbc internet banking page, under new to internet banking and sign up. you need the pin which was sent to you to sign up. follow the instruction on the screen. it is very easy.
