How do we appeal after got rejected? The sales team ask me to reapply again after been rejected once but still same result, got rejected again.

I have been rejected for this card although I fullfill the requirement with salary more then 4k. As for the appeal, where should it be send to? or sales agent can help me?

I wander anyone can assist me in applying for this card as I had been rejected twice after applying in the curve booth, I had been trying to get the rejection result but fail. I have no problem with the requirement to apply for the card.
