im having problem wif my new number for OTP sms token..

submitted last 22 of july..until today still cant receive OTP to my new number..

but already got confirmation sms from them about my new number updated into their system...

emailed them 3 times..1st they respond..2nd n 3rd..no action from them..

anyone have same problem before?

their website didnt show any list of shops iinm..

already checked..but couldnt find any...
