submited online on 20/12/12, got email reply instanty on same day .
verification call back on 24/12/12 , received letter of rejectin on 2/1/13, call back on 3/1/12 for reason but the CS said it's confidential to disclose and I need to wait another 6mths to reapply ... can i open a FD acc thr and apply again ? would this help ?
