is the 5% off permanently? no expiry date?
*
If you are refering to the 5% rebate for dining/petrol/utilities/groceries, yes it is a permanent feature subject to RM50 cap per statement month.

I think better to have 2.
OCBC max is RM1000 for RM50 rebate.
then later use MAYBANK one if overspent.
Provided you able to use your cards more times to waived the annual fees.
*
OCBC max is RM600

ya i am referring that, i think is min RM1000 right? Since the maximum rebate is 5%. and possible to be 1%.
so at least i need to spend RM1000 to entitle the max RM50 rebate?
*
Ya, spend RM1000 gets RM50 rebate provided all within the 5% catogery

Ya better than CIMB direct access.
I have been collecting 30000 points and now they tell me no more giant voucher... heart broken.
*
CIMB already stop the vouchers more than a year ago. I was on the same boat as you, redeemed all points then cancel. Applied for MBB2 amex and OCBC ti and never look back tongue.gif

I did open the link and it shows the pdf file. I saw the min is RM500. I wanted lower but I am uncertain if there is a hard limit minimum threshold amount.

Sigh. Guess I call the CS and ask them. I read the FAQ and there is no mention about it.

Select the last option and write in the amount: RM________

Weird. If I am not mistaken, you just pay the value of one ticket and get the other free. Read the T&C. Did you signed the receipt for RM24?

no. i bought it over the counter at 1u. how does the transaction reflect in ur account? will they charged u for 2 tickets n giv u a rebate of 1 ticket at statement date or just charged u for 1 ticket only?

editted: I signed for rm 12. However, I remembered the cashier swipe my card twice. Asked her about it n told me the 1st slip wasnt mine and was the previous customer. Did GSC 1u conned me?  shakehead.gif

I never actually try the promo, but since the cashier can actually click the promo for OCBC (from their screen), you ought to pay the price of one ticket only, and get the other free, nothing to do with rebate.

Since you only signed once, call up OCBC and file a dispute.

That's right. I did my payment to TM bills on June 12 but the payment just get reflected in TMonline after 10 days.
So don't rush and call TM enquiring why payment not appear yet.
*
TMonline is not so efficient. How long it takes for it to be reflected in OCBC online?
