Well, you can fax them a photocopy of your PBB savings passbook actually. But of course you'll need to update it first. I believe they just want to see if there really is salary credited into your PBB account

i think what ronnie said is actually...pay ur bill amount, before ur bill statement date....so when they auto debit from ur cc, the bill amount payable is 0 or maybe a few ringgit..

however, u could advance pay up to rm400, to fully utilize the rebate if you want too...

Yeahlor, TM can't be paid by CC (in OCBC internet banking) as far as I know . I normally pay my TM bill with OCBC card through UOB Payonline. Wanted to clarify but customer service tutup at 10pm and OCBC cannot login.

You can now pay TM bills using your OCBC Titanium MasterCard directly at OCBC Online. I just did that last week

Yup, just succesfully registered both TM and Streamyx accounts :-)

That's right. I did my payment to TM bills on June 12 but the payment just get reflected in TMonline after 10 days.
So don't rush and call TM enquiring why payment not appear yet.

TMonline is not so efficient. How long it takes for it to be reflected in OCBC online?

OCBC Online will show the transaction posted in the next working day.
