QUOTE(kyle_kl @ Jun 2 2012, 05:03 PM) Just check back my May bill, got the annual usage bonus RM50 to waive the GST... yeah~ I thought it is RM 10k and not RM 12k?This RM50 usage bonus benefit is applied only for 1st year? Let's say by the end of next year i manage to spend another RM12k, will i still get this bonus? RM 10k to waive GST and 12 swipes in a year to waive annual fees. |

QUOTE(LostAndFound @ Jun 21 2012, 03:06 PM) I applied online, they immediately reply email and now the sales rep called me (the next day) to confirm some things. Wah.... so efficient meh? Hopefully application successful (only got 2 months pay slip but sales rep says shouldn't be an issue). Yes, the agent will call you the next day but the selection criteria is tough though. I applied mine via agent as well. |

QUOTE(sovietmah @ Jun 26 2012, 10:22 AM) Is OK then_then, I did tell them I want to cancel the application which I really wanted to but they approved mine straight away.I called them and cancel the application, totally waste my time and phone calls. 6 weeks since I applied, totally piss off. Only a status of "Pending Approval", maybe my credit card history was too clean for approval, damn. My total application took more than a month... |

I'm confused by OCBC's statement. I have calculated everything, I have owed them RM 426.47 which I'm ready to pay with my M2U as the due date is next Monday.
Then, suddenly it has this "subtotal principal" which appears to be another figure. May I know what's that? » Click to show Spoiler - click again to hide... « This post has been edited by fruitie: Jun 28 2012, 11:20 PM |

QUOTE(ronnie @ Jun 28 2012, 11:23 PM) You mean the RM 50 is from the GST that got charged to my card?I already knocked it off, it was shown on the bill. Even exclude the RM 50, the total was RM 426.47. Just puzzled why suddenly OCBC deducted RM 50 then added in back. I think I don't want to kill my brain cells thinking how it was derived. Oh ya, the RM 28 GSC rebate for first 1000 online customers already credited to me on 19th June. |

QUOTE(ronnie @ Jun 28 2012, 11:30 PM) Yes I did. What I mean was even excluding the RM 50 from the bill, it is not only RM 376.47, should be RM 426.47. Something like this:» Click to show Spoiler - click again to hide... « This post has been edited by fruitie: Jun 28 2012, 11:36 PM |

QUOTE(cempedaklife @ Jun 29 2012, 09:20 AM) I think the subtotal principle is all the transaction, credit or debit, within this billing month, since u have outstanding rm50 from last month, it was not including in the subtotal, but the payment from giro is included. OK, now I got it. U shud be paying 4xx.xx Ya, I already paid the amount shows in "Closing Balance". |
