Anyone was at the Curve recently and used their OCBC Ti?

I was at the Curve on 5th of Oct (First week and no weekend yet) and top-up my Starbucks card. However, I did not receive any SMS informing me any rebate received.

Can't be the cashback finished so early of the month right?

Wait, OCBC are supposed to send SMS notification for EVERY rebate received? blink.gif

Now I understand y u all say OCBC should improve their internet banking. Their website is like made by a fresh grad like tht. Horrible. Interface quality is like its year 1999. Menu all show things that I don't have. Why don't they just hide those menu that is not relevant to me. After I click submit to pay my streamyx, no OTP was sent to my phone and it say successful. Aiyo.

In comparison Citibank & CIMB website is much nicer with clean interface, each transaction need a code. I so no confident using the OCBC internet banking system.

1. Menu all show things that I don't have. Why don't they just hide those menu that is not relevant to me.
- AmBank, HLB and UOB also have this "problem"

2. After I click submit to pay my streamyx, no OTP was sent to my phone and it say successful.
- Did u register your Streamyx account on OCBC online? OTP is only required during initial registration of billing account, subsequently payments made for that billing account need not OTP. If u did not register it i.e. pay as a "one-off", yes, EVERY PAYMENT MADE requires OTP.

i've been looking around in their internet banking website. i don't see anyway that keeps track of the cash back given for so far or like a break down of cash back base on purchase. so i have to manually keep track of it?
*
they only do once a month on issuance of statement lar...u are asking too much doh.gif

UOB also compute the cash back once a month, can only see when statement is issued

Guys, I just activated my card 1.5 month ago, yesterday received a call, offer me cash advance from my credit limit at 0.4% per month...anyone got such call too?

0.4% x 4.8% p.a. doesn't sound too bad, but I've no need for the cash...I think hmm.gif
