if do OTA update, will it wipe the phone completely? will my old apps not compatible by installing the ICS?

Yesterday try to update using OTA. Download 2 times also cannot. the last one after finish download and restart the phone, nothing happen. Check again at software update, no update available. waste 400mb of my data for try to download. memang sial.

hi all. i want to upgrade my s2 to ICS. but i already used my internal storage 1.77GB out of 1.97GB. so, when upgrading, will it come out problem like not enough storage?
