Just to ask some simple question.. Can AP set Galaxy S2 update firmware using KIES? I'm having movistar AP set of Galaxy S2 and Samsung Kies ask me to update to ICS. Am I able to update?

Should i upgrade my S2 to ICS? Or should I stick back with gingerbread?
