Don't think the modems are the sole contributer to your battery drain.

If you don't have numbers, it means you didn't flash the ICS bootloader.
*

When you flash the whole ICS firmware, it'll update the bootloader as well.
Install BetterBatteryStats and dump the log here. I'll take a look at what's draining your phone. One note is that the battery would need time to self-calibrate itself. Try to monitor the battery life after a few cycles.
Mine is known. AOSP/AOKP being unknown isn't that unusual though.
Umm, the serial number (if you're on a Samsung ROM will have numbers). If you're on GB bootloader, it'll just be zeroes or unknown.

I flash to whole ics firmware ..i guess my phone installed ics bootloader

IMHO, if flash SOME custom ICS rom, it will not install the ICS bootloader since the GB bootloader still usable in that rom

Yup.
If flash from GB to an ICS custom ROM using CWM, then you'll still be using GB bootloader.
You must've flashed to stock ICS before flashing the custom ROM?
Not sure about I9100G. Might be different. Maybe All 0's is the correct number for I9100G?
*
I flash mine via CWM .... just wanna know ..... whats the different if im still with GB bootloader and ICS bootloader? got any effect?

GB Bootloader can enable the jig usage. ICS can't use jigs.
Not sure what you mean. Though I think Mobile Odin doesn't flash bootloaders for safety purposes.

thats only the different ? ohh ~
