guys need help here. recently i have been hearing complains from friends that unable to listen clearly what i say over the phone but i just bought the phone 2 months ago, so i exclude the possibility of being an technical issue.

On top of that i saw some "white thing" stuck in the bottom mic and of course I cant afford to just get something and dig it out (it might damage the mic?)

anyone face this problem and any pointers of solving this is most appreciated !

Need to pinjam friend's phone to snap for picture, will attach when I got one.

Noise canceling option ? Where can I disable it ?
