QUOTE(hahli9 @ Jul 19 2013, 11:13 PM) If getting owned is a reason for never playing again then competitive games in general are pretty out of the question right? Haha, there WILL always be people better than you. And you WILL get owned eventually. What I can tell you is, if you have fun playing, then it's worth it. Fun , steady , passionate , serious , dedicated , determined will be a few normal terms to a good competitive player even if your the last of the ranks. Oh btw, Microsoft has really screwed up my GFWL so... I am now playing on dylslan's account... Just saying sometimes it's me sometimes it's him haha. |

In Sarawak, the first ever TTT2 tournament was organized. More than 2 Street Fighter 4 competitions in past two or three years.
I heard of an upcoming tournament at Plaza Merdeka, Sarawak. The organizer called himself Abelity or something. I won him at arcade with big margin > him at TTT2 though and several TTT2 winner in different game. Players such as Voonjin , WAN is also quite powerful in the Sarawak scene. I don't put myself to their level yet as I only got 3rd placing in several SF4 or SF X Tekken tournament. |

QUOTE(zeilouz @ Aug 15 2013, 01:25 AM) There were in total 32 players who came during the tournament, I was one of the competitors. There's an upcoming tournament for Street Fighter and Tekken this coming saturday in Plaza Merdeka and we're still looking for any competitors who are interested to join in. There are also some events (trials, mini competitions, exhibition matches, etc) this Friday regarding the game (we listed sf, tekken, mvc, injustice and playstation all stars) for some exposure to the local people regarding the community and mechanism of the gameplay itself. So your part of the one organizing? Hope it's as fair as the one made by VH.Here's a link if you guys are interested to join in or if there's any other inquiries that you guys might want to ask please feel free to ask~ Kyanime SF/Tekken Tournament KYAN!ME is a convention I been for almost four years. And won just many of their PS3/XBOX360 competition in the past. Reached Top 3 mostly and quiz champion of 2012. |

Just had a small tournament at Plaza Merdeka, Sarawak.
Didn't get through groupstage as I'm not very prepared but there's a challenge. Got 1 win 2 losses... But meh I'm the only one in the bracket with no PS3 too! It's all good. Looking forward to SSF4 Ultra / UMVC3 tournament. |

Always just at "Intermediate" level. No time for this.
Come add me up if possible. Had fun Best day ever. I just played easy on memphiz_zero88 He got raeped hard. 1000+ games owner hahaha. R.I.P Whose Roggie? Claps for being so good at Rolento. From a MOBA player background lol. And one more Juri player I had 1 : 1 with, your not bad. I love challenging fighting gamers from PC to consoles. No time to train but they serve good lessons to me. I'm trying my hugo. Didn't know what to do. LOL. If got chance meet you again, would be nice. Cheers! I tend to do many things and I like aerial assault. Ground assault is ok too. My stupid China controller don't allow me to perform well but I'll try to use it regardless. |

QUOTE(cmonstar @ Aug 10 2014, 02:20 AM) Anybody got issues on Steam? I played today with fellow Malaysian but the lag is terrible The lag is terrible when you face players around the world but we should be grateful the game still goes on.http://kotaku.com/capcom-says-theyre-fixin...bust-1618547793 The net code is far better than other games, it seemed. QUOTE(hahli9 @ Aug 10 2014, 06:39 AM) The lagless matches are from Malaysia , Singapore or those close to our country. I noticed. Many good players of their own characters. I wished to put more time to train though. Won 3 Malaysians and lost 1 good Rolento player from Malaysia called Roggie or something. His good, I hope he can come here give some advise of his bombing character XD Respect. They said they will patch up the netcode even further again. |

QUOTE(Archaven @ Aug 11 2014, 09:45 PM) Thanks for the insights It happens in those 3D games I guess. The netcode is way better than MK and Injustice series but most of the games can improve by patchings...So far so good, let's say Malaysia vs Malaysia, the game is rather smooth and sometimes you fought US/JP/KR/TH/IND players also can be fine but the lags will be there. |
