in my last week service, i found, 4liter is enough. if they insist, buy small bottle from them and top up yourself.

let they pour in 4liter, and ask them to check the level, if its really below level, then only let them to top up. ( saved myself rm50 for the small bottle/ extra 500ml, since they charge rm50 because they wont give back the left over oil.)
