most of them done a good job for outdoor water filter , check your budget and their maintenance cost if suit your lifestyle..
avoid those which are not normally found in malaysia like no sales and support office. (not named in your list)

so what are you suggesting?

issues:

1. yellow-brown water
2. eczema
3. itchy skin

Bro , i havent install yet

1. yellow-brown water - all outdoor can solve this problem.
2. eczema - my doctor told me , dont take bath in hot water as it will dry our skin..i not sure out door filter can prevent this. (my humble advise)
3. itchy skin - same for item 2. there are people said use alkaline water to wash hand to neutralize our Ph level.. personally dont think it will work ..smile.gif

maybe other can answer your question better..

better get the info right as http://www.alphamaxind.com/wt1.html official website the model is A0840 not B. Moreover, went to check the website the B0840 comes with CARBON while the Alphamax A0840 is same as Perfect Steel using Micro Z media with NSF not carbon.

Actually we did discuss about this before, why some stainless steel sand filter so cheap and why some so expensive.
When a product is too cheap compared to normal market price, usually i will be extra careful and check the details.

Here is one of them
For perfect steel brand, here is how to differentiate CHina or Malaysia 1. As u can see, the China tank on the left has rusted

When i click on the water-filter.com i could not find the detail information on the filters. May be i overlook it or it wasnt there. For perfect steel, here is the online catalog, if compare it is the same as Alphamax original models
