I would like to share my experience with Alphamax.
I purchased a water filter from Alphamax last April 2014 and they gave me some cash voucher so I went to their shop at Kuchai Lama to get a water dispenser (Later I realize that we can get cheaper even without the cash voucher other places) . I carried the water dispenser back home and put it in store room and it remain in the original sealed box. I just got my house ready recently so I request Alphamax to install my water filter and water dispenser last Saturday.
I opened the water dispenser from the original box on that day before the installer come and found that water filter's white color plaster panel already turn yellowish and there are some stains on it. Other than that, I can see that the water dispenser's original brand name "Magic" is being removed and the mark is still there
The WORST part is when the installer put the water supply in the dispenser, he heard something strange inside the dispenser so he open it and found 1 of out of 3 filters inside the dispenser is missing!! The water splash everywhere inside the dispenser after gone through the first filter since the missing filter is place between the first and third filter.
The installer ask me get the missing filter from them and I hope there is no extra charge for that.

If you plan to get anything from Alphamax, please make sure you check what's inside the box before you bring it back home.
