Was at TLS sales office yesterday. MV all sold out.

sold out? so fast! I was there last Saturday and there was still a loan reject unit.

Go and read Twin Palm forum page 16 for hints about this "sold out" strategy.

I personally do not think that is a strategy used by them... When i booked a unit there, there are 4 units available due to loan rejection, and when i came to pay the DP, only 1 unit left. There are limited units for MV so it is not surprised that it is sold out. If you go thru this thread, many of them brought and intro to their friends and family and bot MV. As compare to TP, there are many phases launched, and not much discount or promo, so only those who really afford can buy TP...As i said b4, i will look into TP when the times come. Then i can be neighbor to Twin gor... hehe

C'mon. They keep telling me it's all sold out when I am in the office. An hour later after site visit, they called and said got units available. This is on a SUNDAY.

I think it was genuinely sold out. bank can finance a maximum of 25percent of whole development. Public bank , cimb, HSBC all full quota(just ask mcken) so should be genuine.

after all NAZA Ttdi is selling 3storey with builtup 3000sq ft for 940k net with a lot less landscape, facilities and features. it was an easy decision to buy really.

Just go try and see. If they call you and try that loan reject unit, then you know it is their strategy. If not, well, then you are TOO late.

I told them i was very interested in MV, on monday. Til now friday still haven't received their call yet.
So, I think it is genuinely sold out.

Dun worry, I heard from my SA still some of them struggle for loan...untill need my banker contact to help....so still have chance if loan reject unit...

The SA did tell me that day that there're still about 10 buyers haven't signed SNP due to loan matters. So i am in the waiting list. Yeah, still got chance...

I drove to MV site by myself yesterday to LCLC. An excellent project i must say!

Arent they launching new phase?

How many units in total, all phases combined?

A TLS staff told me still got MV, anyone interested can PM me. Not getting commission, just helping out.

No new phases. All MV phases has been launched and all booked. Total 123 units...

No wonder MV is so hot.

Added on September 9, 2012, 5:33 amI went to Tesco Kajang yesterday at 3.45pm but the road is quite jammed from Kajang turnoff (Saga toll) to Tesco U-Turn.

Is it better to drive from Mutiara villa side to Tesco instead? I can use the Silk Highway. Thanks.

just went the sales office,was looking for the condo unit actually and ..... SA said still got 1 unit left due to loan-reject. For those who afford it and for own-stay, it is indeed a good place.. surprisingly SA said majority buyer is chinese ,only 1 Indian and 1 Malay buyer , i really doubt on it ..

1 unit leave? I heard the SA said still got few unit leave included 1 unit facing the park.

Last I heard was No 60 & 120 left a week ago. Not sure about now but anyone interested I can PM you the SA.

I think you have heard wrongly, there is no more garden unit. 60 also taken already, only 120 left.

I went to the site & it's already build the 1st floor.
