on AMD64 3-4-4-x @ 600DDR beats 2-2-2-x @400DDR in general........i think 550DDR with 3-4-4-x either match 2-2-2-x@400ddr or beat it

IMO AMD's M2 will probably intro DDR2 with 4-4-4-x @ 800DDR speed,little point being slower than that unless tight timing can be achieve.....this may ensure a 5% performance increase........
