but in real world its kinda hard comparing those two....

IMHO i think the best is how u maximise ur CPU...and not depending just on RAM...well when u overclock the first thing is CPU right...no need a PC4800 assuming if ur CPU can just do 50mhz more than stock....and what for a 250@2-2-2 if u can do more than 100mhz stable.

the test were made simply with 2.5-4-4 not 2.5-3-3....so in other words...not the exact score u will get with 255-260 2-2-2-5 (BH)/300 2.5-3-3-7 (TCCD)settings....

much better...but a few compromises in benchmark/HTT....

ok...lets make it like this then...

typical BH's can go up to 260Mhz retaining is super tight timings which is 2-2-2-x

and a typical TCCX can go up to 315Mhz with 2.5-4-4-8....

assume the clockspeed is diffrent between those two but is is the same processor...the battle should be won by the TCCD in most benchies except maybe math test by SPI and Sandra....which gives us a result in making a judgement..High FSB wins....

but when the test really needs no diffrence between clockspeed(i.e lowered the multiplier if run on TCCD)....then only IMHO the tight timings can show a diffrent in results....

thats in term of gaming POV....well we might be in to gaming...but not with our overclocked rig...Overclocked speed is specially for:

-CPU-z
-Sandra Mem Bandwidth Test, CPU arithmatic...
-Super PI
-Aquamark

i got tccd but mobo wont allow dividers on high HTT....so cant really tell....

but surely lost of marks is visible IMHO...because i tried once by just changing the tref to 100mhz 15.xxns oso drop kaw-kaw even with the same HTT (300)

then if for gaming its useless to see the results from the high CPU Overclock...its better the GPU overclock,the raptors and 2 sticks of 1GB memory tied up at 2-2-2-5 timings....

300HTT 1.5-2-2-5 > 400HTT 3-5-4-10

300FSB 2-2-2-5 (tak semestinya) > 400 3-4-4-8
