What SmartReflex does is, it will recalibrate your voltage settings and set it to the stable level base on your voltage slots. Most of the time, it will stay at lowest voltage.

Should be ON, unlike Franco and Glados, they have option to turn off with their application.

If you want to use base on your undervolts, off smart reflex. If you are lazy, on smartreflex and let it do the calibration job.

download franco kernel update and you shall see it has enable by default.

I dunno kernel will effect the signal strength. But you can try.
